Return & Refund Policy


At our flower shop, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we maintain the following policy:


1. Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that your flowers will arrive fresh and in good condition. If your flowers wilt or die within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery or pickup, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.


2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To qualify, customers must:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the flowers

Provide a clear photo of the arrangement as proof of condition


Once verified, we will offer either:

A replacement arrangement, or

A refund (at our discretion)


3. No Returns or Refunds After Delivery

All sales are final once the flowers are received.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Personal preference (e.g., color, style, or scent)

Minor variations due to seasonal availability

Flowers that were not properly cared for after delivery


4. Care Responsibility

Proper flower care is essential. Refunds will not be issued if flowers deteriorate due to neglect, such as lack of water, extreme temperatures, or improper handling.
